We believe when a parent signs up for a program at Chiguru, they have gone through the entire process of orientation into the philosophy. Due to the constraints on the resources, we offer very limited seats. We also believe we have full commitment and support of parents in all aspects related to the school like -  finances, adhering to discipline w.r.t time and guidelines set for parents and children, and the pedagogy principles when they are signing up with us.
If any of these aspects are compromised from the parents, then it's an indication that they aren't aligned with our principles and our philosophy of work.
This only weakens the spirit of a small community like us, of which each of us play an important and significant role.
From our experience we have noticed that a few parents will have challenging times during the year and may have to leave us for various reasons. While we do empathise with their situations, we have designed our refund policy that will help to sustain the spirit of the organisation during such challenging times. Our refund policy is as below:
1.⁠ ⁠Registration fees is non refundable.
2.⁠ ⁠If the child discontinues for any reason in the middle of the term, parents are liable to pay three months of annual tuition fees from the time of discontinuation.
3.⁠ ⁠If the annual tuition fees amount is paid for the whole year and the child discontinues in the middle of the term,  school will refund the amount after deducting the three months of annual tuition fees starting from the time of discontinuation.
